Contact and sample-report forms are handled by Formspree Inc. (USA) on our behalf; we receive the data you enter (e-mail, optional figures) and use it only to answer your request.
Free trial: when you request a trial we store your e-mail address, sign-in and usage timestamps, your questions to the chat and the technically necessary session cookie (httpOnly). We use this to operate the trial (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR) and to improve question coverage. We never sell data and we run no advertising trackers.
Trial data — e-mail address, chat history and generated exports — are deleted automatically 30 days after your trial expires. Generated XLSX/CSV export files are deleted after 24 hours. You can request earlier deletion at any time via kontakt@enerlio.de.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for us: LDI Nordrhein-Westfalen).
The benchmark figures themselves come from public, official filings (SEC EDGAR, ESEF) via the FACTANKER registry and contain no personal data of our users. See the methodology and data license.
